You can always reach out to a board member if you have questions. Board member contact information is listed in CHARMS.
The FOC News – Subscribe to the FOC newsletter. This is a monthly newsletter that updates you on current activities, fundraising efforts and information you need to know about as a band parent and booster.
Charms – This is your first and best resource. Why is CHARMS important?
Charms is the first place the band directors and chaperones look for parent phone numbers in the event of an emergency!
Charms is how the directors and booster board will reach out to you with information you need.
Charms is how you will:
- Find balances and be able to pay dues and fees.
- Find contact information for the directors and booster board contacts.
- See the calendar of events (band camp, competitions, etc.) throughout the year.
- Sign up for events and volunteer.
- Review minutes to past booster meetings
Mr. Tucker’s Sunday Email –
Mr. Tucker sends out an email on Sunday throughout the Marching Band season. Read it! It will tell you everything you need to know and do for the following week. And where does Mr. Tucker get your email address to send this? Through Charms.
Please make sure Charms has your most current email address.
The BAND App, Download for either iPhone or Android. We send out messages throughout the year which include notifications of when games are over and when to pick up your student.
Facebook – FOC has a Facebook page where you can get information. Some of this is repeat info from Charms and the Band App, but many also post great pics there as well.
The page is The Official FCHS Flash of Crimson Band Group. You will be asked a couple of easy questions in order to join the group.
